Going to brunch is one of my favorite weekend activities! A lot of mimosas, tons of friends around and a good meal. Although we can’t hangout like we use to, here’s a great recipe for friend chicken to pair with your waffles or pancakes! This chicken is a great combo with the Pumpkin Spice Waffle and Bourbon Butter Maple Syrup recipes!

Sloppy Joe
One of my favorite dinners as a kid was Sloppy Joe night. Add some crinkle cut fries on the side and I was all set. I wanted to elevate my childhood favorite with one of my new favorite condiments Judge Casey’s Country Ketchup! This is not your standard ketchup! It’s got a great texture, tanginess and sweetness that most Ketchups lack. So instead of picking up a can of “Sloppy Joe Sauce” I decided to use Judge Casey’s Country Ketchup as the base and it was even better than I expected!
