Roasted Brussels Sprouts w/ Balsamic Glaze

Cook Time: 15-20 min.

Ingredients 

  • 1lb Brussels Sprouts cut in half

  • 1 tbs Grapeseed Oil

  • 1 tbs Balsamic Glaze

  • Salt

  • Pepper

Cooking Instructions

  1. Heat oven to 425ºF and prep a sheet tray with parchment paper.

  2. Spread the halved brussels sprouts on the sheet tray. Toss with the oil and season with salt and pepper to taste. Make sure the brussels sprouts are cut side down when going into the oven. 

  3. Roast the brussels sprouts for 15-20 minutes until they are tender and caramelized. Once they are roasted take them out of the oven and toss with the balsamic glaze.
