Ingredients
1 Package, No Boil Lasagna Noodles
1 Batch, Meat Sauce ***See recipe***
16 oz Ricotta cheese
1 tbs italian herb, mix
8 oz shredded mozzarella cheese
Salt
Pepper
Cooking Instructions
In a bowl mix together the ricotta cheese, Italian herb mix, salt and pepper.
In a 9 x13 baking dish ladle on cup of sauce on the bottom of the dish. Spread the sauce over the bottom of the dish. Next add 3 sheets of No-boil noodles.
Layer lasagna with 1/3 of the Ricotta mix, 1/2 cup of cheese and 1 cup of meat sauce and then add 3 sheets of noodles. Repeat x 2 (The last layer should be meat sauce. Do not add noodles to the top).
Top the meat sauce with the rest of your mozzarella cheese. Cover with aluminum foil and bake in oven for 30min. (To make sure the cheese does not stick to the foil, rub a little olive oil on the foil side that touches the cheese.) Uncover and bake for 5 mins or until the cheese is starts to brown.
Let the lasagna rest for 5-7 min. and enjoy!
