Pork Pot Stickers

Serves: 6 (Makes about 24-30
Prep Time: 10 min
Cook Time: 20 min.

Ingredients

  • 1 lb Ground Pork

  • 1 cup shredded Napa Cabbage

  • 2 Scallion

  • 1 tbs Ginger, grated

  • 2 Cloves Garlic, grated

  • 1 tsp Sesame Oil

  • 1/2 tsp Sriracha

  • 1 tbs Ponzu Sauce

  • 1pk Gyoza/Pot Sticker Wrappers (Either Circle or Square)

  • 2 tbs Cooking Oil

  • Small bowl of water

Directions

  1. In a bowl, mix all ingredients except pot sticker wrappers.

  2. To assemble, add 1 tbs of filling to the center of a wrapper. Wet two sides of the wrapper with water (if using circle wrappers, wet the edges of half the circle), fold the wrapper in half over the filling and press the edges to seal. The pot sticker should look like a half moon. You can make a crimped designed on the edges by folding the seams onto each other. Continue with the rest of the wrappers.

  3. Heat a non-stick skillet with cooking on medium high heat. In batches, sauté the pot stickers on one side for 2-3 min. then add 1/4 cup of water and cover with a lid. Steam the pot stickers for 3-4 min. Heat and serve.
