Blistered Shishito Peppers

Ingredients

  • 2 tbs Olive Oil

  • 1 lb Shishito Peppers

  • Kosher Salt or Flake Sea Salt TT Lemon Wedges to serve

Instructions

Heat oil in a large cast-iron skillet on medium heat. Add the peppers and sauté until blistered on all sides, turning occasionally, about 5-7 min. Finish with flake salt and a squeeze of lemon juice.
